  • All orders are posted with Royal Mail 48hr tracked and this is the only courier service we use currently in the uk
  • Overseas orders are sent via fedex or ups We advise that you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us about your order as Royal Mail will only deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these times. We provide tracking numbers with every order. If a parcel is lost we will always work to resolve this.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Faulty items: Please inform Me within 24 hours of receipt of the item, if damaged during shipping or faulty in any way.

Exchanges : I expect exchanges within 7days of delivery 
But you must message me first before returning the item 
items must be in the same condition as delivered with swing tag still on and most not be worn out outside 
buyer to pay postage and pay the difference if changing to a different size 

Buyers are responsible for postage cost I do not offer pre paid labels

Harris tweed items leave to dry and air dry & sponge clean only 
Waterproof canvas can be washed at 30 degrees and air dry only
