MADE TO MEASURE DOG COAT for dachshund Waterproof Dog coat with collar lined fleece The coat has a harness hole so you can clip your dog lead to This is a waterproof/ shower proof dog coat the coat fastens underneath with hook and loop the coat is Stitched with Strong bonded nylon thread which is rote proof Pocket is optional if you don’t want the pocket just add a note saying no pocket I wouldn’t recommend a pocket on a really small coats All I need is Just 3 measurements to customise your dog coat , the length ,the girth and the neck . Length - This measurement should be taken from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. This will represent the length of the jacket. Which is what you select in the drop down box Girth - This measurement should be taken around your dog’s body near the centre of dog’s back. Neck - This measurement should be taken around the thickest part of the neck. Please see pictures on how to measure your dog ,as this will help you with the measurements of your dog made to order coats are non refundable ,so please double check before sending them. Please note there might be a few centimetres difference in each coat as there all hand cut out The waterproof cordura naturally repels water and dirt so a quick brush is all that is needed.   • All orders are posted with Royal Mail 48hr tracked and this is the only courier service we use currently in the uk
  • Overseas orders are sent via fedex or ups We advise that you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us about your order as Royal Mail will only deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these times. We provide tracking numbers with every order. If a parcel is lost we will always work to resolve this.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Faulty items: Please inform Me within 24 hours of receipt of the item, if damaged during shipping or faulty in any way.

Exchanges : I expect exchanges within 7days of delivery 
But you must message me first before returning the item 
items must be in the same condition as delivered with swing tag still on and most not be worn out outside 
buyer to pay postage and pay the difference if changing to a different size 

Buyers are responsible for postage cost I do not offer pre paid labels

Wax coats leave to dry then brush off & sponge clean only 
Harris tweed items leave to dry and air dry & sponge clean only 
Waterproof canvas can be washed at 30 degrees and air dry only
